About

Jeff "KD" Meyers

Botticelli, Madonna of the Magnificat

Physician, musician, artist, and storyteller — someone who has spent a lifetime learning how people heal.

What it is like to be in a room with KD

People tend to describe the same few things: that he listens longer than expected, that nothing about him is performed, and that he is funny in a way that catches you off guard. He wears bright, unusual clothes. He carries a guitar most places. He is a medical doctor who will also sing to you.

Decades of practice as a physician-healer gave him a deep reverence for the mystery of life, and for our capacity to heal, grow, and thrive. He has spent years holding space for other people's growth, and has seen in his own life how much transformation is possible.

The Arc

How the pieces came together

Medicine

The physician

Trained as an M.D. and licensed acupuncturist, KD built his working life around the interconnectedness of mind, body, spirit, and community — exploring beyond conventional boundaries and blending expertise across diverse healing traditions.

Study

The seeker

His path moved through Sufism, Buddhism, and yogic lineages — decades of spiritual study alongside, and never separate from, the clinical work.

Travel

The traveller

Drawing on cultures and ancient traditions encountered around the world, he began weaving together stories and songs from what he found — gateways to reflection, in words and melodies that reach the soul.

The turn

The day everything changed

Then came a moment he did not plan or choose. Words arrived, singing through him, in a state of vision and rapture.

"This all started the day the Virgin Mary spoke to me. It was the greatest day of my life. The clothes you see. The jewelry I wear. The Music. It all came from her…"

Since then, songs, visions, and teachings have continued to arrive — not as theory, but as living experience. Everything on this site came out of that.

Why It All Belongs Together

Medicine, art, and devotion are one practice

These look like separate careers. They are not. Each one is a way of learning the same skill: how to pay attention closely enough that something can heal.

Learning to see

Diagnosis and perception, in the clinic and in the body — reading what is actually there rather than what you expect.

Learning to listen

To a patient, to silence, to the song that arrives unbidden. The same faculty, pointed in different directions.

Learning to love

Compassionate presence as the active ingredient — in medicine, in art, in devotion, and in the Way of Noble Love.

"I don't use the word performance deliberately. It filled my heart to overflowing. Grace was present."
